The Galveston County Sheriff's Office reported the following June 30 incidents:

Sean Austin Stillman, 36, was arrested on charges of burglary of habitation. The incident occurred near 4316 7th Street, Bacliff, Texas.

Karla Buenger, 31, was arrested on charges of capias profine. The incident occurred near 501 Seacrest Boulevard, League City, Texas.

Daniel Levi Kowalski, 43, was arrested on charges of criminal mischief ($50 to $500), m. The incident occurred near 6216 Brookdale Drive, League City, Texas.

A citation or summons was issued to Juvenile, 14, for allegedly disrupting a school or class near 3535 Farm To Market 528, Friendswood, Texas.

A citation or summons was issued to Concepcion Andrew Guzman, 23, for allegedly fail to report change of address or name near West Bayshore Drive, Bacliff, Texas.

An incident involving criminal mischief was reported at 4623 5th Street, Bacliff, Texas.

An incident involving burglary (forcible entry) was reported at 4415 1st Street, Bacliff, Texas.

An incident involving assault was reported at 1130 Grand Avenue, Bacliff, Texas.

Montgomery County District Court criminal felony indictments, June 30

The Montgomery County district clerk reported the following criminal felony indictments Thursday, June 30:

Neil Kurtis Devoe was indicted in the 9th District Court on a charge of aggravated assault causing serious bodily injury.

Devoe is 32 years old, and resides in the 10373 N. Sam Houston Parkway No. 339, Houston.

The alleged offense reportedly occurred Saturday, Feb. 20.

Guy L. Womack is Devoe's attorney.



Benjamin Todd Wotkyns was indicted in the 9th District Court on a charge of aggravated assault causing serious bodily injury.

Wotkyns is 33 years old, and resides in the 3918 Rock Springs, Houston.

The alleged offense reportedly occurred Saturday, Feb. 20.
