The Houston Police Department reported the following incidents on July 31:

A call regarding an EMS event was received at 1:44 p.m. The Police Department was dispatched to Bay Area Boulevard and Saturn Lane.

An EMS event was reported at 11:28 a.m. at Bay Area Boulevard and University Green Blvd.

An EMS event was reported at 9:09 a.m. at Pear Brook Trail and Dead-End.

At 9:21 a.m., an EMS event occurred at Telephone and E. Orem Drive.

A call regarding an EMS event was received at 11:13 a.m. The Police Department was dispatched to Telephone and Gulf Spring Lane.

At 3:17 p.m., an EMS event occurred at West Bay Area Boulevard and Heritage Colony Drive.

The Galveston County Sheriff's Office reported the following July 31 incidents:

Arthur James Johnson was arrested on charges of burglary of habitation. The incident occurred near 4328 9th St., Bacliff, Texas.

James Charles Fuller was arrested on charges of burglary of habitation. The incident occurred near 4328 9th St., Bacliff, Texas.

Jonathan James Harmon was arrested on charges of public intoxication. The incident occurred near 4800 10th St., Bacliff, Texas.

A citation or summons was issued to Laura Lynn Westbrook for allegedly drove w, out headlights when required near Highway 146, Kemah, Texas.

Montgomery County District Court criminal felony indictments, July 31

The Montgomery County district clerk reported the following criminal felony indictments Tuesday, July 31:

Larissa Louise Fickel was indicted in the 435th District Court on a charge of possession of a controlled substance.

Fickel is 30 years old, and resides in the 16314 Wild Oak Lake, Houston.

The alleged offense reportedly occurred Thursday, May 3. Fickel was arrested that same day.

Jerald D. Crow is Fickel's attorney.



Michael Ross Koochack was indicted in the 221st District Court on a charge of possession of a controlled substance.

Koochack is 24 years old, and resides in the 9125 Highway 6 N., Houston.

The alleged offense reportedly occurred Saturday, April 21. Koochack was arrested that same day.



Dustin Cole Wright was indicted in the 221st District Court on a charge of possession of a controlled substance.

Wright is 23 years old, and resides in the 2526 Lemonwood Lane, Houston.

The alleged offense reportedly occurred Saturday, April 21. Wright was arrested that same day.

Jeremy Dishongh is Wright's attorney.



Efren Trujillo-Rebollar was indicted in the 221st District Court on a charge of theft of material described as aluminum, bronze, copper or brass.

Trujillo-Rebollar is 32 years old, and resides in the 15255 La Jolla Lane, Houston.

The alleged offense reportedly occurred Sunday, June 24.

David P. Ward is Trujillo-Rebollar's attorney.
