Development of Phase Two at Sedona Lakes is now underway. The expansion will add nearly 200 homesites to the master-planned community, continuing the current building programs of some of Houston’s finest home builders.

Darling Homes and J. Patrick Homes build on the 80-foot sites, Coventry Homes and Highland Homes build on the 70-foot sites, and Darling Homes and Highland Homes build on the 60-foot sites. Phase Two homesites will be ready in the first quarter of 2013.

The new phase brings with it additional amenities for residents to enjoy. A children’s playground will be added at the existing recreation center, which includes a beach entry pool, a water slide and a contemporary open-air pavilion. The pavilion is adjacent to the pool, with restroom facilities, a kitchen area and a grand fireplace. The new playground will be complete this fall.

The existing trail system will be expanded, offering residents an ideal place for walking, running and biking. The trails wind around Sedona Lakes’ lakes, park and recreation center areas and green spaces.

Sedona Lakes is located just 15 miles from downtown Houston in Brazoria County and just south of the Texas Medical Center, the largest medical center in the world. Even closer to home, residents enjoy a wide selection of retail and dining opportunities in the new Pearland Town Center.

Served by the Texas Education Agency’s recognized Alvin Independent School District, Sedona Lakes provides quality educational opportunities and extensive extracurricular activities at every level.

Six furnished model homes are open daily by Coventry Homes, Darling Homes, Highland Homes and J. Patrick Homes. Homes are priced from the low $200,000s to $600,000s.
