Phase 2 of Sedona Lakes development underway in Pearland-area community

Six exquisite model homes are open daily for touring in Sedona Lakes.

Development of Phase Two at Sedona Lakes is now underway. The expansion will add nearly 200 homesites to the master-planned community, continuing the current building programs of some of Houston’s finest home builders.

 Darling Homes and J. Patrick Homes build on the 80-foot sites, Coventry Homes and Highland Homes build on the 70-foot sites, and Darling Homes and Highland Homes build on the 60-foot sites. Phase Two homesites will be ready in the first quarter of 2013.

 The new phase brings with it additional amenities for residents to enjoy. A children’s playground will be added at the existing recreation center, which includes a beach entry pool, a water slide and a contemporary open-air pavilion. The pavilion is adjacent to the pool, with restroom facilities, a kitchen area and a grand fireplace. The new playground will be complete this fall.

The existing trail system will be expanded, offering residents an ideal place for walking, running and biking. The trails wind around Sedona Lakes’ lakes, park and recreation center areas and green spaces.
