Arrest report for May 13-16

The following arrests were reported by local authorities for the period of Sunday, May 13 to Wednesday, May 16:

A Houston man was arrested and charged with evading arrest or detention with a vehicle on May 13, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The man, 20, was booked at the Harris County Jail on May 16 and is facing a third-degree felony charge.

A man was arrested on charges of possession of prohibited weapon, possession of a penalty group 3 controlled substance (less than 28 grams) and possession of marijuana (zero to two grams) on May 13, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The 19-year-old white male was booked at the Harris County Jail on Monday, May 14 and is facing class A misdemeanor and class B misdemeanor charges.

A woman was arrested by the Harris County Sheriff on a class A misdemeanor charge of driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content more than .08, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The 54-year-old white female lives in Houston.

A man was arrested by the Harris County Sheriff on a third-degree felony charge of evading arrest or detention with a vehicle, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The 26-year-old white male lives in Friendswood.

A 20-year-old white male was arrested by the Harris County Sheriff on a class A misdemeanor charge of violation of a protective order, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported.

A Houston man was arrested and charged with possession of less than one gram of a penalty group 1 controlled substance on May 14, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The man, 22, was booked at the Harris County Jail on Tuesday, May 15 and is facing a state felony charge. He resides on Landing Boulevard.

A Kemah man was arrested and charged with theft between $50 and $500 on May 15, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The man, 19, was booked at the Harris County Jail on May 16 and is facing a class B misdemeanor charge. He resides on Oak Ridge Drive.

A Houston woman was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated on May 15, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The woman, 26, was booked at the Harris County Jail on May 16 and is facing a class A misdemeanor charge. She resides on Richvalle Lane.

A Houston woman is facing a second-degree felony charge of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon after being arrested on May 15, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The woman, 20, resides in Henderson Avenue. She was booked on May 15.

A man is facing a class B misdemeanor charge of possession of marijuana (zero to two grams) after being arrested on May 16, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The man, 28, resides on Barringer Lane. He was booked on May 16.
