League City Police Department promotes safe boating
The League City Police Department's Marine Division says it is working to enforce boating laws and ensure safety on area waterways this summer.
Officers will be on the waterways every weekend, reminding boaters to follow the rules and practice safe boating.
Reconditioned markers for no wake zones on Clear Creek have been placed at Countryside Park, Challenger 7 Park, Creekside Estates, DEM Shadows, Clear Creek Village, Walter Hall Park, the FM 270 boat ramp and Wharf Condominiums.
