Bayside Little League holding fall registration
Registration for the 2012 fall season of Bayside Little League will be held from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 11.
Practices begin during the week of Monday, Aug. 27, with games beginning Sunday, Sept. 9.
Little League Baseball is the largest youth sports organization in the world, with players in every state and more than 75 countries. Teams are led by adult volunteers, of which there are more than one million worldwide.
Children ages 4-18 are served by the program, including those who are physically and mentally disabled.
The Little League World Series International Tournament is televised on the ESPN networks.
In-person registration takes place at the Seabrook Sports Complex, Field House 2, 1805 Meyer Road, Seabrook. Online registration is also available until Wednesday, Sept. 12 by visiting www.eteamz.com/Bayside. It costs $70, which includes a $5 processing fee.
