LoneStar Baseball Academy offering September baseball and basketball classes
Registration is now open for several youth baseball and basketball camps being offered this September at the LoneStar Baseball Academy.
Basketball shooting and ball handling camps for girls and boys ages 7 to 10 will be held from 6-7 p.m. on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays throughout September. Registration is $25 per session, or $80 for four classes.
A baseball hitting class taught by instructor Trey George will be offered from 6-7 p.m. on Wednesdays and Fridays through September. The class is intended for children ages 6 to 8 years.
It will focus on improving hitting mechanics, contact points and timing. Registration is $30 per session, or $100 for four classes.
Classes and camps can be canceled if the minimum number of required registrants is not met, according to the site.
LoneStar Baseball Academy is located at 204 W. Wye Drive, Baytown.
