Clear Creek Chapter of Ducks Unlimited hosts annual fundraiser banquet
The Clear Creek Chapter of Ducks Unlimited is hosting its 28th annual banquet Thursday, Sept. 27 at the Walter Hall Park pavilion in North League City. "Dinner for the Ducks" will open at 6 p.m. with raffles, games and auctions, and dinner will be served at 7 p.m. According to a press release from the organization, last year's banquet raised more than $30,000 to conserve and restore wetland areas. Early-bird tickets are $35 for individuals and $65 for couples. Regular individual tickets are $45 and $75 for couples. The group is collecting donations for the banquet auctions.
