Programs are available for beginning students through experienced Black Belts, teaching the self-defense aspects of American karate.
Beginners and advanced classes for ages 5-12 and 13-70 will be available at the Fitness Center at South Shore Harbor, 3000 Invincible CIrcle. These classes take place Fridays from Sept. 14 through Dec. 7.
The beginners will meet from 6-7 p.m., the advanced youth class from 7-8 p.m. and the teens and adults class from 8-9 p.m. No classes will be held Thanksgiving week.
