The following arrests were reported by local authorities for the period of Aug. 12-15:

A Bacliff man was arrested and charged with driving with an invalid license, expired drivers license and speeding on Aug. 12, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The man, 27, was booked at the Harris County Jail on Aug. 12 and is facing class C misdemeanor charges. He resides in Oakview.

A man was arrested on a charge of manufacture or delivery of controlled substance with the intention to mislead peers on Aug. 12, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The 21-year-old male was booked at the Harris County Jail on Aug. 12 and is facing a state felony charge. He resides in Enterprise.

A man was arrested on a charge of driving while intoxicated 1st offense blood alcohol concentration .08 on Aug. 12, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The 32-year-old male was booked at the Harris County Jail on Aug. 12 and is facing a class B misdemeanor charge. He resides in Nasa Rd 1 #118.

A man was arrested by the Harris County Sheriff on a 3rd degree felony charge of evading arrest or detention with a vehicle, the Harris County Sheriff's Department reported. The 25-year-old male lives in Turtle Baydrive in Houston.

A man was arrested by the Harris County Sheriff on charges of evading arrest or detention with a vehicle and driving while intoxicated offense blood alcohol concentration .08, the Harris County Sheriff's Department reported. The 54-year-old male lives in Willow Wisp in Seabrook.

A man was arrested on a charge of indecency child on Aug. 14, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The 28-year-old male was booked at the Harris County Jail on Aug. 15 and is facing a 2nd degree felony charge. He resides in E Nasa Rd 1 131.

A man was arrested on a charge of driving while intoxicated 1st offense blood alcohol concentration .08 on Aug. 14, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The 19-year-old male was booked at the Harris County Jail on Aug. 15 and is facing a class B misdemeanor charge. He resides in Quiet Canyon.

A man was arrested on charges of theft under $1500 3rd offense, theft ($1,500 to $20,000), issuing a bad check, bail jumping and failure to appear (felony), theft check-habitual and ($50 to $500) on Aug. 14, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The 51-year-old male was booked at the Harris County Jail on Aug. 14 and is facing state felony, class C misdemeanor, 3rd degree felony and class B misdemeanor charges. He resides in Knoxville.

A man was arrested on a charge of driving while intoxicated offense blood alcohol concentration .08 on Aug. 15, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The 44-year-old male was booked at the Harris County Jail on Aug. 15 and is facing a 3rd degree felony charge. He resides in San Sebastian.
